Returns & Cancellations

At Mametrendz, we ensure that each product reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately with clear photographic evidence. This must be done on the same day of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

  • We do not offer a general return policy. Only defective items are eligible for replacement.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Inner garments
  • Baby carry nests
  • Mittens & booties
  • Baby brushes
  • Limited stock / clearance items

 In cases where the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund and provide a clear explanation of the situation.

If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the parcel on the courier’s website.

If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account. If you have chosen Klarna invoice, the returned goods will be corrected on your invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: During holiday periods the processing time for your return may exceed 5 business days.
