Return Policy

At Mametrendz, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and ensuring that each product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team immediately with clear photographic evidence of the issue. This must be shared on the same day of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer a general return policy. Only defective items are eligible for replacement.

  • Exchanges are available for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Inner garments

  • Baby carry nests

  • Mittens & booties

  • Baby brushes

  • Limited stock / clearance items

Refunds

In cases where the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund and provide a clear explanation of the situation.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
