We do not offer a general return policy. Only defective items are eligible for replacement.
Exchanges are available for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Inner garments
Baby carry nests
Mittens & booties
Baby brushes
Limited stock / clearance items
In cases where the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund and provide a clear explanation of the situation.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
